In-depth research was conducted on topics including online journalism, blogging, citizen journalism, multi-media and podcasting as well as journalism education. Prepared a final report regarding the conference.

Arranging and assisting with media interviews. Research news articles regarding Iraqis currently living in Jordan and the region. Bring awareness to the plight of Iraqis within the local community, arrange press conferences, press releases, respond to media inquires and write web-stories. Promote general interest and understanding of refugee issues. Training of journalists in feature writing and access to information and sources. When requested, accompany journalists to refugee camp; provide visiting delegation with background information.
